About Isaac Dabah
Committed to upholding the values of the Sephardic community, Isaac Dabah contributes to the American Sephardi Federation as a member of the Board of Directors. Through the organization, which was founded in 1973, Isaac Dabah provides representation for Sephardic Jews throughout the world and strives to preserve their rich culture and heritage in the United States.
In his professional life, Isaac Dabah is dedicated to the apparel industry. Dabah is currently Chief Executive Officer of Delta Galil Industries Ltd. Through the private equity firm he directs, GMM Capital LLC, Dabah has been the majority shareholder of the Israel-based textile and clothing manufacturer since 2007.
As CEO of Delta Galil, Isaac Dabah ensures that the company maintains its position as a leading supplier to apparel retailers around the world, including K-Mart, J. C. Penny Company, Inc.; Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.; and Target Corporation. Delta Galil also manufactures intimate apparel for such brands as Tommy Hilfiger®, HUGO BOSS, Calvin Klein, and Nike.
Prior to Delta Galil, Isaac Dabah was CEO of Gloria Vanderbilt Apparel Corp.for 10 years. Having revitalized the jeanswear brand as he did, it was sold to Jones Apparel Group in 2002. In 2003, Dabah was appointed CEO of the Jones Denim Division.
